What you'll be doing:

This role is to lead the compensation and benefit activity for the integration of 2 organizations.   The Reward Integration Lead will be responsible for implementing the new career framework recently developed, the reward and benefits element of an internal TUPE process currently being worked though.

This role will require work closely with the Head of Reward and a reward analyst.  You will be in a position to show and use lots of initiative to recommending solutions to ensure successful completion of the project. Thus you will have great project management and relationship building skills.

  • Lead the existing reward active of an integration between 2 organisations.   
  • With the support of an analyst oversea the migration of employee benefits on to comparable terms on the TUPE
  • Lead the reward element of creating a new integrated salary review process
  • Lead on system integration of the reward platform to the new Success Factors & payroll system
  • Managing the existing  benefits programs until  the TUPE is finalised, then ensuring employees transition to the new benefit programme.
  • Manage the transfer of the DB pension scheme with the support of an external advisor
  • Manage the transfer of DC pensions schemes to new entity
  • Work with internal colleagues to finalise the new career framework documentation
  • Manage any employee queries
  • Help with employee consultation process and the SME on Reward and Benefits
  • Working with the wider Project management team and being the key Reward expert in the workstream 

What you'll need:

  • Experiences in Compensation and Benefits
  • Experiences in Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Experience working in large scale matrix environments
  • Project management skills
  • Communication skills
