- My favourite part about working at NTT DATA UK is that I’m surrounded by people who are very strong in their fields of expertise, so even at my age I am learning a lot!

- Last year I cycled through 3 countries in 1 day. That’s not that interesting is it...
What do you do outside of work?
- Footy, cycling, beer, books, food and films!
How would you describe your time at NTT DATA?
- I have really enjoyed my time at NTT DATA - I’ve made some great friends and colleagues. I’ve really been able to develop my skills since joining NTT DATA. With a strong emphasis on Learning and Development, I’ve made use of our online training platform as well as internal workshops.
How long have you been at NTT DATA UK?
- I have been here almost 1 year!
What do you enjoy about working at NTT DATA?
- I really enjoy the people I work with, the flexibility to have a good work life balance as well as being encouraged to try new things and continuously learn.

What do you do outside of work for fun?
- I love travelling, playing netball and eating/cooking delicious foods
How would you summarise what you do?
- As a consultant, I help organisations improve the way that they operate. On the more tangible side, this often takes the form of helping them solve problems, providing recommendations and supporting the implementation of new ways of working (such as new technologies, processes or organisational structures). On the ‘softer’ side, this includes helping our clients grow and develop as individuals and teams, building consensus and commitment across their organisation and generally improving their operational effectiveness.
How would you describe your time at NTT DATA?
- My time at NTT DATA has been one of growth – seeking new challenges, embracing opportunities and shaping my career. However the thing which drew me to NTT DATA originally was the people and culture, and I have been greatly rewarded on that front throughout my time here; the commitment to building a great people-first culture is always present, and despite the challenges of the business growing and reorganising itself since I’ve been here, people across all levels have shown a willingness to protect and nurture this element.
How long have you been at NTT DATA UK?
- I have been at NTT DATA for over 3.5 years now, including 1 year off on sabbatical, fulfilling several major ambitions as I travelled the world with my partner!
What do you enjoy about working at NTT DATA?
- The people, the working environment, and the flexibility – it’s important to me to be around positive, supportive people, with a working environment which facilitates collaboration and openness, and offers the flexibility to enable my ambitions and lifestyle.

- I attended the Royal Ballet School in London when I was younger – the classes were tough; really kept me on my toes…
What do you do outside of work for fun?
- Travelling and getting out and about to new places is a big part of my life. Since (sadly!) that’s not an every-day thing, fitness - and increasingly wellness - is important to me (I have recently been trying out parkour), as is making music and playing / wannabe-designing table top games
