The team you'll be working with:

Tangity, is Part of NTT DATA, with +16 design studios across the globe. We work alongside our colleagues at NTT DATA, to bring together Strategy, Technology and Design. Our aim is to create purposeful products and services that have a positive impact on people and society. We do this by Humanizing Complexity. 

What you'll be doing:

Product Designer will find an opportunity to work on designing world-class app experiences and beautifully crafted interfaces. You’d be joining our design team, working on every stage of the design process, from research to delivery.

We organise ourselves into cross-functional teams or squads, with each squad working together on a common goal. This role will be part of our design team within Tangity, which consists of 25 team members – made up of UX designers, visual designers, service designers and research.

What experience you'll bring:

• Managing the design process from start to finish, including preparing and co-facilitating workshops, user testing, UX research, creating final designs, and handing over to development.
• Designing end-to-end digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• Comfortably splitting your skills and abilities between UX and UI.
• Proficiency with UI design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Framer X, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools, such as InVision, Axure, Marvel, or Principle.
• An insatiable passion for digital design and the latest trends.
• Strong visual skills, creative thinking, and a design background. Detail-oriented and always striving for quality and consistency.
• Passion for analyzing data to make informed design decisions and testing your theories.
• Confidence in front of clients and stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of accessibility.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of coding (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experience working with analytics.
