The team you'll be working with:

As the Technical Consultant, you will lead the implementation of advanced technical solutions, including highly detailed design documentation, system architectures, integration frameworks, and comprehensive testing protocols, working under limited supervision. Prepares and delivers high-level presentations, technical reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of system performance, technical issues, and improvement opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivers end-to-end technical implementations upgrades for critical projects, overseeing all phases from initial planning to deployment, ensuring successful execution and optimal performance. Determines innovative solutions by analyzing intricate business, technical, and clinical requirements, and designing customized approaches that address specific client challenges and opportunities.
  • Develops and drives the evolution of best-in-class methodologies for technical implementations and service delivery, incorporating industry-leading practices and client feedback to continuously enhance offerings. Ensures the highest standards of configuration management, version control, and technical quality across all solutions, maintaining exceptional accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Documents complex technical solutions and workflows, ensuring that detailed records and knowledge bases are established for ongoing support, future development, and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Enhances the global knowledge repository by generating and disseminating thought leadership, advanced best practices, and repeatable processes, thereby contributing to Philips' competitive advantage and service excellence. Evaluates and analyzes sophisticated system performance metrics and health indicators, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure the highest level of system reliability and client satisfaction.\
  • Collaborates with cross-functional leadership teams, including executive stakeholders and product development, to align technical solutions with strategic business goals and drive continuous product and service enhancements. Prepares and delivers high-level presentations, technical reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of system performance, technical issues, and improvement opportunities. Resolves critical and high-complexity technical issues through advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics, offering innovative solutions and proactive support to maintain system integrity and drive operational success.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry. Minimum of 5 years' PACS Implementation experience, knowledge of the workflow within a Radiology Department, Radiology IT Informatics Experience is highly preferred.
  • Healthcare IT/IS experience, Previous experience successfully troubleshooting DICOM workflow issues,
  • Experience with Windows Server, Strong knowledge with healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM, etc.) Networking concepts. SQL/Oracle, Experience with Cloud Environments. Preferred Certification in AWS Cert Path: Cloud Practitioner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Data Analysis & Interpretation, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Management, Technical Documentation, Capability Assessment, Technical Presentations, Risk Assessments, Program Management, AI Prompting and AI productivity tool use, AWS Concepts: Amazon EC2 Basics and/or Amazon S3 basics
