Alliance Business Development Manager – Palo Alto

Hybrid Variable London.

As part of the NTT DATA Partner & Alliances team, we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Alliance Business Development Manager to strengthen strategic partnerships and drive joint business growth. This role acts as the connector between NTT DATA and our Alliance Partners, building deep relationships, enabling sales teams, and orchestrating joint go-to-market initiatives.

You will work closely with Alliance Partner counterparts and internal stakeholders to execute strategic plans, unlock new opportunities, and deliver value to our clients through innovative partner solutions.

 

 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Sales Partnership & Enablement: Empower internal sales teams to articulate joint value propositions, identify opportunities, and monetize solutions based on Alliance Partner technologies.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with sales teams and partners to create and optimize qualified pipelines aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong connections with internal teams and Alliance Partner stakeholders, facilitating joint account planning and demand generation campaigns.
  • Trusted Advisor: Maintain deep knowledge of partner technologies and industry trends to support competitive wins and deliver business outcomes.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment with internal practices, assist in developing collateral, and support marketing and sales motion

What experience you'll bring:

 

  • Proven experience in Alliance and Partner management, with a strong grasp of joint value propositions.
  • Demonstrated success in cloud services/solutions sales and solution selling.
  • Solid background in sales, client engagement, and business development, including market penetration strategies.
  • Ability to identify and qualify opportunities proactively and independently.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; confident in conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding financial metrics and leading strategic client conversations.
  • Skilled in negotiation and crafting solutions that deliver mutual value.
  • Highly collaborative, relationship builder who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Action-oriented, quick learner, and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • A problem solver who takes initiative and works effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and a true team player.
