The team you'll be working with:

As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a Salesforce AI Designer/Architect to join our Salesforce Practice. This role is crucial for driving AI-powered innovations with Einstein and Agentforce, enabling intelligent decision-making, and delivering advanced AI solutions that bring significant value to our enterprise clients.

This role is principally a technical position (advisory & hands-on depending on circumstance) – you must have the technical knowledge and ability to communicate with other internal team members, but you are not expected to lead presentations to clients.

 

What you'll be doing:

 

  • Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce AI solutions, including Predictive AI, Generative AI, and Agentforce, offering expert guidance on AI capabilities, use cases, governance and risk management.
  • Provide technical support throughout the AI solution lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final solution deployment and in-life monitoring. You may support multiple projects at a time, depending on demand.
  • Design/Architect and integrate AI models using Salesforce Agent Builder, Model Builder, and other AI tools to optimize customer interactions, automate processes, and deliver predictive insights.
  • Advising on incorporating AI-powered features across Salesforce products and external systems to enable seamless automation and intelligent decision-making.
  • Conduct AI-focused training sessions for internal team members to enhance the skills of team members and promote knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Salesforce AI capabilities to continually drive innovation and best practices in AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce product teams and domain specialists to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance business outcomes.
  • You have the option (opportunity) to present to clients if you wish, or otherwise can support colleagues of in doing so.

 

What experience you'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivery AI solutions on the Salesforce platform, with 2-5+ Salesforce AI deliveries, such as work with Einstein Lead/Opportunity Scoring, Prompt Builder, and out-of-the-box Generative / Predictive AI features.
  • A deep understanding of Salesforce Einstein AI, Einstein Trust Layer, Copilot, Agentforce, and other AI capabilities in the Salesforce ecosystem, and ability to stay up to date with the evolving features of the platform.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in AI projects.
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in AI-driven solution design, including data preparation, prompt configuration, model selection, and evaluation techniques.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting and architecture roles, with demonstrated leadership in driving digital transformations.
  • Proficiency in key Salesforce architecture areas, particularly Communication or Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to internal stakeholders in simple terms.
