This role will align with the current Head of SAP, leveraging functional expertise to shape and execute high-impact initiatives in support of Healthcare (NHS) strategy. You will utilise your ERP knowledge, ideally with a strong SAP background, to drive transformational projects. The focus will be on functional outcomes rather than delivery management. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and leading high-performing teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding clients through ERP-enabled transformations within the healthcare context.
- Collaborating with senior leadership and business unit leads to drive business growth aligned with NHS strategy.
- Providing thought leadership in ERP technologies, mentoring resources, and growing the practice.
- Analysing project requirements, defining deliverables, and contributing to business case development and financial modelling.
- Ensuring adherence to project governance and delivering accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Identifying, procuring, and managing appropriate contracts and resources, including third-party vendors.
- Implementing consistent programme/portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Developing structured performance management programs for the team, including objective setting, reviews, feedback, and training.
What experience you'll bring:
In addition to several years of experience as an ERP Solution Lead , you should possess:
- Strong functional background in ERP, particularly in healthcare contexts.
- Extensive product and application knowledge across the SAP or Oracle Portfolio, with expertise in areas such as Finance, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
- Proven ability to navigate complex change and negotiate at the C-Suite level.
- Experience with Greenfield ERP implementations
- Connections with Hyperscalers and partner organizations, with pre-sales experience being desirable.
