What you'll be doing:

As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the growth and development of our workforce through effective training administration and logistics management. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of training coordination, managing our Udemy licenses and account manager relationship, organizing and supporting the delivery of corporate inductions, maintaining relationships with external training providers, and handling financial aspects related to training activities. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. You will have the opportunity to further develop yourself in the areas of learning and development, talent, and performance management and be the part of wider People and Culture team. 

What experience you'll bring:

  • Experience in administration, preferably in a corporate setting and/or training department.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and financial management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
