EUC Support Engineer

The team you'll be working with:

You’ll provide technical assistance to AMS customers and provide top-notch support for various products, services, and platforms. In this role, you'll act as a go-to resource for AMS, especially during major incidents, offering technical help. Additionally, you'll handle day-to-day incident management for customers, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly within agreed-upon timeframes and following established processes.

What you'll be doing:

 

  • Acting as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, including Project and software development Teams.
  • Performing gap analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and provide technical guidance to clients.
  • Creating of support documentation for BAU support and ensure documented procedures and processes are understood and followed.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Ensuring that the AMS service is provided within SLA's and KPI's.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Stakeholder, client management skills
  • Expert troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Key aspects D365 Configuration, Solution Deployments, API Integration.
  •  Applies knowledge of customer service techniques as required to address customer problems.
