The team you'll be working with:

As part of the continuous growth we are looking for a Chief Salesforce Architect to join our Customer Engagement department in London.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying how a client can realise business value from the Salesforce platform
• Understanding business and technical requirements and translating these into Salesforce platform capabilities and solutions
• Analysing business processes and identifying solutions that drive business value, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches
• Modelling processes, architecture, data structures and information required to support our clients’ projects
• Developing enterprise-grade architecture and processes which truly utilise and realise the value of the salesforce.com platform
• Ensuring both business strategy and technological direction is aligned
• Taking a collaborative role in developing and enforcing NTT DATA UK’s architectural standards
• Supporting project managers in all stages of the software development process
• Assigning work through the correct communication channels to functional consultants and monitor performance providing advice, guidance and assistance
• Contributing to the growth of the Salesforce Practice for example: Pre Sales and producing re-usable assets

What experience you'll bring:

• Significant experience in key Salesforce.com capabilities, including the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Heroku
• Experience of multi-vendor solutions in particular some of the following: CPQ, CTI/IVR, Payment, Knowledge Management, Marketing Platforms, Social Analytics, Identity Management (SSO), Field Service
• Systems architecture, integration and data and content migration;
•  Implementing architectural governance and proactively managing issues and risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Knowledge of security and compliance regulations in relation to SaaS hosting
• Mentoring of architects through to CTA status
• Detailed understanding of Salesforce governor limits, licencing and architecture
• Experience in complex integration and associated best practices
• A good understanding of application, information and infrastructure architectures.
• Identifying and developing winning propositions, including solution definition and estimating
• Developing winning proposals, leading bid submissions, and present our Salesforce practise
• Demonstrable senior stakeholder (C Level) management skills and experience
