What you'll be doing:

As a Conversational AI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for building enterprise chatbots using Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms and designing seamless integrations with APIs and 3rd Party/Cloud systems for complex solutions.

We expect you to be an experienced professional in applying Conversational AI to the Enterprise, be able to work within cross-functional teams (especially with Conversation Designers) and understand software development patterns and practices.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on/builder mentality and an attitude to learning who aims to become one of our key references for Conversational AI and CCaaS delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy enterprise chatbots using Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms.
  • Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems using APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide Conversational AI expertise and guidance for delivery purposes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Conversational AI development, frameworks, and products (including emerging patterns from the integration of Generative AI capabilities).

What you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven experience in developing chatbots for enterprise companies.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to design systems integrations, orchestrate applications on the Cloud, and implement APIs.
  • Commercial experience using Conversational AI platforms such as IBM Watson, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.AI, AWS Lex, and Rasa.
  • Commercial experience using CCaaS platforms such as Sprinklr, AWS Connect, Genesys, and LivePerson.
