What you'll be doing:

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality Conversational AI solutions for our enterprise clients. You will also play a pivotal role in business development activities to enable and educate clients, partners, and internal teams and stakeholders about the business opportunities powered by Conversational AI.

We are looking for a senior Individual Contributor willing to become an internally and externally recognised Thought Leader in the space of Conversational AI by managing product delivery and being a key contributor in developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for Conversational AI solutions.
  • Lead the delivery management of Conversational AI solutions autonomously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and the creation of the best possible solutions and products.
  • Participate and lead business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, proposal development, and RFIs/RFPs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Conversational AI and ensure our solutions are at the forefront of the industry.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and thought leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in Conversational AI applied to Enterprises.
  • Proven experience in leading Conversational AI cross-functional teams for delivery purposes.
  • Ability to run Rapid Prototyping cycles and Innovation projects.
  • Commercial experience developing or designing chatbots in Conversational AI platforms such as IBM Watson, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Rasa is nice to have.
