What you'll be doing:
We are currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Software Asset Management Developer to work alongside us for an external client. This person should be able to have in-depth knowledge of SAM Pro and have been involved in at least one SAM Pro implementation. You should also have the confidence to refer requirements back for clarification if needed and demonstrate solutions to our clients upon completion.
This role would ideally suit someone who comes from a consultant background and has at least two years working as a on the ServiceNow platform with strong CMDB experience and good ServiceNow Discovery knowledge.

Below are the main responsibilities expected. Additional responsibilities may be identified in future which will be commensurate with the role.
- Configure SAM Pro integrations.
- Be able to enter entitlement data and reconcile against CMDB CI data
- Understand how to resolve SAM Pro related issues
- Advise on SAM Pro processes and how they relate to the ServiceNow platform
- Advise on technical challenges and explain these to non-technical stakeholders
- Work individually or as part of a team as needed to develop the final solution
- Demonstrate developed solutions to the client
What you'll need:
Below are the main competencies required. Additional competencies may be identified in future which will be commensurate with the role.
- Excellent ServiceNow knowledge in SAM Pro
- String ServiceNow knowledge in ITSM
- Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow platform administration
- Ability to configure the ServiceNow platform to the needs of the customer
- Familiarity with ITIL methodology and procedures
Service Line Manager
