What you'll be doing:

NTT DATA UK currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Knowledge Co-ordinator to join the existing Sales Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the knowledge base on SharePoint, working across the business to ensure core information is readily available.

You will be required to:

  • Maintain version control on Bid Hub
  • Source replacement material as it becomes out of date
  • Identify and close gaps in materia
  • Liaise with CPs to ensure proposals are filed appropriately
  • Liaise with CPs to ensure ICAP evidence is filed appropriately
  • Contribute to ongoing development of Bid Hub and associated processes

What you'll need:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work across different geographies.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Commitment to quality and to service improvement.
  • Effective judgement skills.
  • Effective prioritisation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
