We are seeking a pragmatic, detail oriented and experienced business change lead with experience of working on large scale transformation programmes, enabled by technology, in one or more industries– Health experience an advantage
You will be Working closely with client teams to lead a structured business readiness and change management approach, Developing and managing business readiness and change delivery plans aligned to programme timelines, activities and milestones.
You will be responsible for Managing the transition of change to the business, building change networks, facilitating knowledge transfer and implementing support models.
By Identifying, analysing and preparing risk mitigation tactics you will ensure clients are business and operationally ready to deploy new SAP solutions whilst identifying and managing anticipated and persistent resistance
It will be important that you ensure the interests of the programme Sponsors are met by building sustainable relationships with senior client stakeholders, while also Coaching people managers and supervisors to drive them to readiness.
You will also be responsible for;
You will have a proven record of achievement in operational change, with a strong consultative approach to client collaboration. Adding true value with your experience of helping clients transform their organisations in readiness within a large-scale SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementation.
There will evidence that you have delivered Business Change in programmes that are multi-site / regional whilst continuously driving client adoption of new ways of working
You will have led teams to drive key Business Readiness and Change activities, such as Change Impact Assessment, Benefits realisation, implementation of Change Networks, Training, Communications & Engagement.
It will be key that you have either previous consulting experience or that of implementing SAP into an organisation as a client and also appreciate the complexities and importance of excellent stakeholder management and relationship building.
Participation in business development, sales and thought leadership is beneficial
