You will be joining the finance team of a rapidly growing IT and professional services organisation working closely with the rest of the finance team and the wider business, including the Regional CFO as well as the CEO, COO, Heads of Industry and Heads of Services Lines. This will involve both reporting and influencing performance as well as ensuring the Leadership Team have a full understanding of the financial impact of internal and external factors that influence the UK clusters performance and P&L.
The role is reporting to the CFO and will work closely with the rest of the Finance Team, both offshore and onshore, including the Regional CFO as well as the CEO, COO, Heads of Industry and Heads of Services Lines.

You will have experience of leading reporting, budgets and forecasting in a Global Matrix environment.
Be a ‘trusted advisor’ with stakeholders to identify strategies for improvement and presenting recommendations in an influential manner, needing to communicate persuasively and articulately and have the ability to explain complex concepts to non-financial persons.
Having strong organisational, planning and presentation skills is key whilst being flexible to handle peaks in workload.
You will need to be comfortable being “hands on” in SAP/Excel.
You will have experience of prior staff management (including evidence of staff development)
Knowledge of SAP and BPC preferred
The successful candidate is desired to be a qualified accountant with a number of years of PQE and with IT or services industry experience preferred.
