As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a PMO to join our Energy & Utilities team in London.

What you'll be doing:

Given the complexity of a large-scale Azure Data Lake migration project within our Energy & Utilities division, NTT Data are recruiting for a PMO to help manage financials, pull data together, provide status reporting and internal comms and (key task) mentor and upskill the junior PMO within the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the PM and delivery leads
  • Work closely with PMs to support project status reporting
  • Establish and execute quality management across the programme
  • Manage and run the overall portfolio of workstreams
  • Develop an understanding of each workstream.
  • Ensure compliance to each stage in project model – acceptance criteria, delivery planning, execution and reporting
  • Chair regular sessions to manage the portfolio of workstreams
  • Help oversee compliance with our programme toolsets
  • Monitor progress on Pragmatic Framework
  • Understand key cross-team challenges and escalate to Programme management and Client Director
  • Manage and support the client approval process

What you'll need:

  • Experience of project, portfolio and/or program management experience
  • Form part of a team quickly and work with individuals in multiple locations and geographies
  • A strong, structured, and organized approach with clear evidence of establishing and running business process, ideally across a program and/or portfolio of projects
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills

 

Ideally:

  • Knowledge of cloud technology and or data projects
  • Process driven with strong attention to detail
  • Understands complex organizational structures
  • Ability to build senior relationships that can be used to achieve outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Help understand and build process that will support successful outcomes.
  • Be comfortable implementing a process in a dynamic environment; understand when to follow critical areas of the process and understand how to iterate that process as our processes and capabilities change
  • Be comfortable working as part of diverse and distributed team
