Who we are:

Our Public Sector team has achieved some of the largest growth of both people and projects across NTT Data UK and this position represents a key role within this business unit.

NTT is an agile, innovative and extremely people focused company; it feels like a start-up but with serious backing and has the reputation of exceptional end-to-end solutions.

You'll be joining the 6th largest IT Service Provider, present in more than 50 countries. From our roots in Japan, NTT DATA's mission is to facilitate business change and technology transformation across many industries for a better future for our business, people and community.

Everything we do is underpinned by our core values of 'Clients First', 'Teamwork' and 'Foresight' and we achieve these by putting people first.

We support and celebrate our differences and preferences, these are what makes us unique. Some of our initiatives, collectively known as “DO Diversity”, aim to create a space for us to learn and get involved in building a truly diverse environment.

What you'll be doing:

You will be a key Business Analyst for our valued healthcare clients.

Responsible for the definition of the project, derived from the agreed business scope and requirements, you will contribute to the production of key foundation documentation including project definition reports, governance and control documentation and schedules.

Working closely and collaboratively with the client you will manage and control budgets, develop and gain agreement to project plans and provide regular progress reports.

As a healthcare SME you will contribute up to date understanding and point of view of the current and future trends impacting this landscape; industry challenges and latest developments in industry standards.

What you'll need:

Our successful candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst who has proven record of achievement of client-side delivery, ideally in the following domains:

  1. UK Central Healthcare – i.e. the central government departments and arms-length bodies of healthcare; DHSC, NHS England/Improvement, NHSX, NHS Digital, NHS Blood & Transplant, Public Health England.
  2. NHS Trusts and commissioning organisations
  3. Regional Healthcare – STPs (sustainability and transformation plan areas) and ICSs (Integrated Care Systems) – ideally with experience working on healthcare data integration such as regional care records (e.g. LHCREs - local health care records exemplars)

You will have an awareness of healthcare data integration with working knowledge of healthcare information exchanges, pathology testing and reporting and staff pre appointment checking procedures (FHIR, LIMS, HR7) as well as the Microsoft development stack.

It is also important that you understand and have a passion for patients experience and journey, along with a broader knowledge of the process, best practices and challenges generally faced across all roles and settings in the healthcare landscape.

...and finally:

The focus on Clients First, Teamwork and Foresight is in our DNA and we are looking for someone who shares and embodies these core values, leading by example.

We don't look for finished articles. We look for people who want to continue their career growth alongside NTT DATA 's.
