What you'll be doing:

NTT DATA is building a new capability within their Test practice. This is an exciting new proposition we are developing for our customers across all sectors

As a QA Engineer working within the Test practice here at NTT DATA, you will be working with one of our largest Telco clients with expertise in manual testing along with exposure to automation:

  • Extensive experience within Quality Assurance Engineering. 
  • Wide experience in writing test cases for embedded electronic systems from hardware level to the application layer. 
  • Experience in identifying, defining and developing detailed test cases and automated test scripts to
  • test against all relevant product requirements and assure traceability to test cases. 
  • Experience within Waterfall, Agile and V-model test methodologies. 
  • Experience defining and implementing Test Scripts with a Selenium based Automation framework. 
  • Experience in Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).

What you'll need:

You will:

  • Test products in order to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, performing functional sign-off. 
  • Ability to interpret user requirements, detailed technical and functional specifications and be able to apply the information to plan, develop and execute test cases, scenarios and scripts. 
  • Identify, document and resolve issues and defects in QA environments. 
  • Responsible for manual testing, data testing and some automated test execution testing of the application. 
  • Work closely with the Product Owner's and Developer's to agree test cases and their acceptance criteria. 
  • Preparation of test plans and scripts against new and existing application requirements.
