As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to join our Application & Infrastructure Services team in London. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative activities within the project and various governance forums
  • Set-up and management of project financials
  • Creates governance packs e.g., project board / steering
  • Tracking project costs and revenues and presenting actual and forecast results.
  • Drives continual improvements activities across the programme incl. running lessons learned workshop and tracking actionable outputs
  • Monitor project resourcing and scheduling
  • Review and analysis of portfolio performance
  • Manages the PMO process repository
  • Delivers activities aligned to the governance framework and QA of all PMO deliverables as required
  • Drives continual improvements activities across the programme incl. running lessons learned workshop and tracking actionable outputs
  • Ensures all PMO processes are documented, and a repository is accessible to all programme participants

What you'll need:

  • 4-10 years’ experience working as PMO
  • Must understand the theory and best practices that exist around portfolio, programme and project management with knowledge of a formal project management methodology
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of using PowerPoint
  • Strong numeracy skills including good working knowledge of excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good attention to detail
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a high- pressure, fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and present information
  • SharePoint and workflow skills desirable
