As part of our continuous growth we are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in General Services.

What you'll be doing:


Real State and Property Strategy; company strategy and relationship with landlords, lawyers, openings and closings of offices, dilapidations, etc.

Space Management; lockers and pedestals assignment, internal movements, furniture inventory, Desk Booking Application, desk assignment and GESE portal, monthly cost allocation, basic floorplans and drawings, etc.

Physical Access & Security; access to the building and coms room, registrations, parking/bike space allocations, Client relationship and proposals collaboration, access card allocation and management, security audits, etc.

Environment: taking care of the internal auditor side – company local strategy, annual ISO 14001 certification audits, internal audits prior to the external one, annual objectives and follow up, aspects evaluations, promote and communication of initiatives, external client RFP collaboration, etc.

Team Supervisor: Managing two people and making sure they have the support needed and career development.


What you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within facilities or office management in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management operations.
  • Understanding of office safety regulations and building maintenance.
  • Excellent organisation skills, flexibility and a team - player
  • Some experience of managing a small team or coordinating more junior colleagues is preferred.
  • Strategic and analytic mindset
  • High skilled in Office package
  • Knowledge on ISO 14001 and 45001 Management
