Delivery Manager is a pivotal role in fostering relationship with customer delivery organisation. The role takes full accountability for delivering contracted service to the customer. Delivery manager takes on both technical and administrative roles in managing team performance, control the quality of service delivery and track finances.

As an experienced Delivery Manager with strong IT professional services focus, you will be key to driving the execution of profitable professional digital service delivery. The role is accountable for implementation of the delivery strategy and plan for the customer account, ensuring that current and future needs of the client are met and exceeded, for all services provided to the client by NTT DATA. Successful execution of the role brings together the different service capabilities on behalf of the client and NTT DATA.
The role requires IT delivery experience covering all disciplines from business requirements through to live service support, alongside experience in delivery of enterprise level distributed/scalable systems.
You will report to the Delivery Director, working closely with client partners and being the face of the delivery organisation for the client portfolio that they represent.
