You will be joining the Business Operations team which is at the heart of NTT DATA's UK business.

The role reports to the Head of Resource Management and Business Operations and will be responsible for the provision of administrative and co-ordination duties to the business, ensuring that we maintain accurate data and efficient processes.  

About you:

The Business Operations Coordinator requires someone who he experience in a similar role or someone who has strong administrative background.

You will have strong communication skills and good experience of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires someone who is highly numerate and analytical with excellent problem solving skills, alongside and exceptional eye for detail.

You will be used to working in both remote and onsite team environments.

Flexibility is key to this role, so you be used to working within a fast-paced, evolving business, with the ability to keep a calm head and a clear mind.

You should also be well versed in MS Office / Office 365 and ideally have experience of SAP and SalesForce (training will be given)

What to expect:

The role is an integral part of the Business Operations team, ensuring all relevant reporting is kept updated and accurate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Run all Management Information data (weekly and monthly basis)
  • Provide administrative and coordination duties to business, support to maintain accurate data in resource management tool and time entry in SAP
  • Ensure that month end reporting is on time and accurate, to enable business to identify and convey results and trends
  • Assist in daily meetings, reporting on business operational activities
  • Upkeep all systems and data including resource planning and SAP (timesheet management)
