As a Senior Commercial Officer / Associate Commercial Manager you will play a key supporting role in providing commercial services, devising, support and implementation of strategy to meet the needs of our fast-paced business and customers. This role supports all of our public and private sector customers across multiple sectors, including Telecommunications, Media, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Central and Local Government and other public service sectors
The focus of your role will be to facilitate the transaction of good business throughout the full sales lifecycle – from sales through to the conclusion of contract delivery. You will support proposals, contracts and changes, supporting customer and supplier discussion / negotiations and owning the management of contractual and commercial matters.
The role expects you to support account / business teams on proposals, pricing, contractual items, negotiations and dealing with contract management issues. You’ll use your knowledge and experience to identify commercial risks and opportunities and devise appropriate mitigations. You’ll coach and/or engage with other teams to enhance the commercial solution.
