Working closely with Head of Resource Management and Business Operations, this is a key role within the Business Operations team, with the primary responsibility for managing the Inter-Company contractors (resources from other NTT DATA operating companies ie Italy and Romania) and the processes associated with these resources.
This role provides administrative and co-ordination duties to the business, ensuring that we maintain accurate data and efficient processes.
This is a vital role in the running of the department within a growing resource area in a time of increased Inter-Company cooperation.. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The Resourcing Management Coordinator requires someone who he experience in a similar role or someone who has worked within an internal recruitment team as a coordinator.
You will have strong communication skills and good experience of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires someone who is highly numerate and analytical with excellent problem solving skills, alongside and exceptional eye for detail.
You will be used to working in both remote and onsite team environments.
Flexibility is key to this role, so you be used to working within a fast-paced, evolving business, with the ability to keep a calm head and a clear mind.
You should also be well versed in MS Office / Office 365 and ideally have experience of SAP and SalesForce (training will be given)
