You will be joining this rapidly growing service line responsible for all Managed Service contracts to all of our customer across all sectors. We cover Service Operations and service desk, AMO, Cloud technology, End User Compute and legacy ITO. We align with ITIL and are agnostic across our delivery capability in relation to core IT, cloud, service desk, EUC tools and technologies.

You will be a self-motivated Technical Team Lead, with a track record of working with a datacentre technology stack and an appreciation of technical support and operations. Experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitude and able to balance workloads and demand across multiple customers and projects. You will possess a strong work ethic and desire to perform, taking ownership and responsibility for team and individual performance.
The role will require experience of working in a large multi-client solution provider with a rapidly expanding customer base, leading by example at all times but especially during major incidents. Ready to provide out-of-hours escalation/support/leadership as required or on a rota basis.

This role is a technical escalation and team lead position that requires senior level knowledge on relevant technologies and/or operating systems (Eg. Network, Storage/Backup, Unix/Linux, Infrastructure, O365/Messaging, SharePoint).
The role is expected to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team and perform line and people management tasks, such as 1-1’s, appraisals, performance management and recruitment.
