As Head of Business Consulting, you will lead, manage, and grow NTT DATA UK&I's business consulting capability. Your role will focus on presales, client delivery, and operational leadership to drive excellence in business transformation engagements.
- Capability Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategy for the Business Consulting practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
- Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement within the practice, ensuring innovation and thought leadership.
- Presales and Business Development:
- Act as the lead for business consulting input into presales activities, supporting sales teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand challenges and articulate how NTT DATA's business consulting services can meet their needs.
- Contribute to expanding the practice's footprint across key accounts and industries.
- Client Delivery:
- Serve as a hands-on, client-facing leader, taking ownership of key engagements where necessary.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-impact business consulting services that align with client objectives.
- Champion the creation of measurable business value for clients through transformation programs.
- Operational Excellence:
- Lead and mentor a team of business consultants, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize resource utilization, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Work with the Head of Consulting to align the practice's growth with broader organizational goals.
What experience you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in leading business consulting practices, with a focus on presales, client delivery, and operational management.
- A strong background in business transformation, change management, or management consulting.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
- Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities to identify opportunities and solve complex client challenges.
