The team you'll be working with:

As part of the continuous growth of everis we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Integration Architect to join our Salesforce Team in London. The new joiner is a dynamic Technical Architect who has a passion for Salesforce technology but is also able to transfer their knowledge and passion to their teams.

The role will allow the candidate to be responsible for owning and delivering complex multi-Cloud Salesforce solutions using the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce and Community Clouds and related technologies.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide Salesforce Technical Integration Architecture for client delivery projects
  • Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
  • Developing and executing comprehensive integration strategies aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Evaluating, selecting, and configuring integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) to meet project needs.
  • Designing and documenting scalable and efficient integration architectures, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Identify and confirm technical design risks, and develop mitigating approaches
  • Defining and implementing data mapping rules and transformations to ensure accurate and consistent data flow.
  • Creating and managing REST and SOAP APIs to enable data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed technical solutions
  • Articulate the benefits and risks to a (technical) solution’s feasibility and functionality
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and (technical) capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations
  • Coach and mentor junior technical team members
  • Support in interviewing prospective candidates

What experience you'll bring:

  • At least 5+ years of CRM domain experience
  • Experience working on Salesforce implementation projects with end-to-end implementation experience with the Salesforce platform from a technical perspective
  • Ability to define the system architecture and landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and API's (Apex, SOAP, REST).
  • Wider knowledge of IBM and other common integration solutions
  • Experience in designing and developing software components and solutions
  • Proficiency in at least one integration platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
  • Expertise in REST and SOAP API design, development, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and experience in data mapping and transformation.
  • Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, ReST) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit and MuleSoft
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native integration patterns.
  • Understanding of security best practices for integration solutions, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
  • Have creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients
  • Extensive experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
  • Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, GIT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, SVN
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
  • Strong communication, time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Other desirable experience: App Cloud, Heroku and Lightning UI / component experience
  • Ideally with Salesforce Cloud Consultant/ Salesforce Developer/Architect Certifications
