In the role of Client Partner, you will be responsible for defining and building a sales strategy aimed at delivering the revenue targets that have been agreed upon. It will be your ongoing task to review and refine this strategy to ensure it stays on track for successful delivery. Your role will also involve assessing the strategy's performance against revenue delivery, making sure it consistently achieves the budgeted margin.
Your responsibilities will extend to identifying and agreeing upon new logo targets in collaboration with BU Heads. You will play a crucial part in expanding NTT DATA's presence within existing clients, actively cultivating a strong pipeline of new revenue opportunities. It will be up to you to maintain this pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a continuous flow of new business revenue. Your expertise in positioning our services and solutions will be vital as you work to consistently close new business deals and meet the targeted new revenue numbers. Balancing new business efforts with renewal will be your directive, leveraging existing executive-level relationships to your advantage.
Developing productive relationships will be a cornerstone of your role. You will establish and nurture professional connections with key individuals in customer accounts and potential new clients, fostering a sense of trust and understanding. Collaborating effectively with sales support and service lines, you will construct tailored solutions that cater to clients' specific business needs. Your role will also encompass building partnerships with vendors and other key stakeholders to drive the company's progress. You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of client relationships, skillfully negotiating terms and conditions.
Furthermore, your role will involve continuously assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Representing the company at relevant conferences, tradeshows, and industry forums will be your responsibility, where you will present a compelling and clear narrative about the value proposition we offer. In the delivery aspect, you will be accountable for revenue streams across the board. Leading solution development efforts and coordinating involvement from various company personnel will be essential. You will collaborate with sales support and service lines to present tailored solutions in client proposals, while also managing account operations, setting objectives, establishing WBS, overseeing timesheet completion, and effectively managing WIP/WAR.
