The Finance Manager role will be London based reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. The role will be carried out based our “work where it works” policy, giving the flexibility to work from home, with some office working as required. Company policy also allows for periods of working outside UK.
As Finance Manager you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA qualified, or an equivalent professional affiliation), and 3 years’ minimum post qualified experience. Prior accountancy practice training would be desirable, but out of industry will also be considered. You will possess strong relationship building skills with staff from multiple finance functions both in the UK, Spain and our Offshore Service Centre in India to ensure timely and accurate information.
NTT Data UK Limited is the UK arm of NTT Data Corporation in Japan, within the EMEAL region sub-group predominantly based in Spain. We have been in the process of merging with our sister operating company in the UK, while changing our back-office IT applications and ERP ecosystem to improve controls and better align with the wider Group. You will be coming in very soon after integration and go-live of the new system and there will be a period of stabilization during the first few months.
The Company has been experiencing strong growth in recent years and is pushing to gain an even larger foothold within the IT consultancy market in the UK through organic growth and acquisition. You will be joining a team that has grown substantially and has undergone a lot of change as we improve systems and optimize our finance function to meet the demands of a growing business.

This role will require you to be involved in many different aspects of finance including financial reporting, tax, treasury, back-office operational support and technical accounting, while quickly learning and adapting to change. Willingness to take on new responsibilities and develop as a trusted advisor to the business is key to success in the role.
Furthermore, you may have to take on direct reports within your first year, so exposure to team management, including coaching and directing the work of others, alongside good interpersonal skills will be desired.
