What you'll need:

As an experienced Network Engineer, you will have a technical knowledge of multi-vendor network technologies gained in previous hands-on technical support roles, coupled with a high-level of technical knowledge and experience of core networking technologies in enterprise-level deployments.

Certification from major network vendors (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, FortiNet, CheckPoint) at a minimum of associate level.

Experience within a multi-client or solution provider would be beneficial.

Although not mandatory, an ITIL certification and experience of working within the framework would certainly be preferred.

What to Expect

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the managed services team in the advanced troubleshooting of incidents within customer environments.
  • Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels.
  • Perform technical root cause analysis on reoccurring incidents or major incidents.
  • Assist engagement with projects to ensure designs of technical solutions are in line with the requirements of the customer.
  • Ensure that customer environments adhere to established standards and frameworks, meeting any compliance requirements at all times.

  • Contribute to delivering technical excellence across the wider network team.
