What you'll be doing:
You will be joining one of our flagship clients based in central London (though if you're further afield we'd still like to speak to see if we can accommodate a flexible working pattern that suits you). You will be a dedicated technical senior alongside colleagues, providing guidance on best practice and strategy, recommending the appropriate methodology and tooling for the business and technical challenges and promoting highly collaborative levels of engagement within your squad. Implementing the appropriate engineering practices and tooling for infrastructure, hosting, CI/CD and testing.
What you'll need:
Your experience and interests transcend building on-prem infrastructure to a focus on all things cloud native. You also have a real passion for building distributed systems using the latest technologies, with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.

- A thought-leader through internal, client and industry engagement, blogging and speaking at events, with the ability to inspire and lead with genuine passion for technology and best practices
- You have a wealth of experience planning, building and leading large scale transformations, implementing DevOps pipelines, working to build, test and deploy into cloud native environments.
- Deep understanding and experience in the latest tools and technologies such as: AWS , Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git/Gitlab and a deep understanding of software languages and an appreciation of Microservices patterns and SOA
- Experience of coaching and training teams in optimising software engineering and end to end delivery.
- Have a customer-centric attitude, with extensive experience working in a client-facing environment.
