What you'll be doing:

As Facilities Manager you will report into the Facilities Associate Director and be responsible for managing the Facilities for NTT DATA UK.  A challenging but rewarding role, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day facilities services alongside any project works including fit out, refits and relocations. Other responsibilities include ownership of all Health and Safety measures, supporting the Front of House reception Manager along with contractor/supplier agreements, Security, and any other Facilities issues.

Key Skill Required: Net 2 Access control, Microsoft Office, Milestone and IT/AV savvy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage all the facilities leases and contracts, ensuring landlord and tenant obligations are fulfilled.
  • Line Management responsibility for Facilities Administrator.
  • Negotiate contracts with external service providers, and be the primary point of contact for the execution of office maintenance
  • Monitor the condition of office fittings and fixtures, reporting faults to building managers/landlords as required
  • Negotiate contracts with external service providers, and be the primary point of contact for the execution of office maintenance
  • Work closely with IT Support Engineers to ensure workspaces are always fully functional from an IT perspective
  • Provide monthy and quarterly reports; and own budgetary and forecasting processes
  • Financial administration: raise purchase orders and review /approve facilities and admin expenses, review annual service charge statements and invoices.
  • Respond to queries from staff and act as a general support to all NTT DATA employees where required
  • Manage all hard and soft services in relation to all the UK properties.
  • Own and deliver on ad-hoc projects as agreed with manager
