What you'll be doing:

Are you a thought-leader, who’s passionate and excited about shaping the impact of organisational culture and the quality of employee experience?  Do you have the ability to engage, inspire and change hearts and minds through creative storytelling?

Reporting to the Culture and Employee Experience Director this role will play a key role in helping to shape and deliver our future culture and experience initiatives. You will need to provide tactical and strategic leadership to our People and Culture team and the wider organisation, to help us develop and constantly improve the ways we work. As NTT DATA UK&I continues to grow, an important aspect of this role will also be to craft solutions that bring people together and keep them motivated and engaged on the journey.  Some of the activities required for this role include:

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall People Strategy and deliver projects identified as key enablers to the overall organisation strategy. Work collaboratively across the organisation on strategic projects and people focused initiatives, focussing on the employee life cycle.

• Deliver initiatives centred around enhancing the overall employee experience and employer brand.

• Develop leadership values and model employee behaviours, collaborate with learning team on leadership development programmes

• Developing onboarding and induction processes and manage employee exit feedback

• Drive targeted initiatives and structural supports that bring our employee value proposition to life

• Ensure organisational enablers support desired behaviours and sustain target culture

• Manage vendors (e.g., exit interviews) and ensure successful completion of services

• Support and enable a culture of continuous improvement within the wider People and Culture team.

• Support capability and professional development of consultants

• Support initiatives to develop effective communication and collaboration across the organisation in different regions.

• Support strategic culture and employee experience projects / programmes linked to the employee lifecycle

• Work on strategic projects cross functionally in a collaborative way, ensuring excellent service delivery. Some of the key projects relate to employee rewards and recognition initiatives, compensation and benefit market reviews, competency-based learning, streamlined employee onboarding, employee feedback forums

What you'll need:


Foresight, Strategic Mindset, Optimism, Determination, Collaboration and Adaptability.

• A background in Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Engagement, Culture transformation, Organizational Development, Leadership development and People communications.

• Demonstrated experience in generating strategic KPIs and management indicators.

• Leader who has experience in optimizing organizational effectiveness and providing scalable and culturally relevant approaches that align with NTTDATA core values, demonstrating an ability to proactively embrace and drive positive, transformational change.

• Ability to plan and deliver tasks to a high quality and in a timely and structured manner.

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Understand and meet stakeholders needs.

• Strong Experience in using virtual delivery tools for Engagement.

• Demonstrated experience building strong relationships and working collaboratively.

• Inspire and motivate the Culture and Employee Experience team.

• Create opportunities for development and growth the C&EX team members.

• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with the team, colleagues, and management.

• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and re-adapting.

• University master’s degree in psychology, specialisation in Human Resources Management, or similar is highly appreciated. Culture and/or Coaching studies, and experience is appreciated.
