You'll be joining one of our flagship clients based in central London. Leading and implementing across the board, you'll be a dedicated senior among a team of DevOps and release engineers – co-ordinating pipeline from development, CI/CD, QA through to releases into production. You'll be applying your knowlegde and experience to action improvements across various environments.
Your role will see you implementing the appropriate strategies, methodologies and tooling for the business and their technical challenges. You'll be working in a highly collaborative environment with your squad, leaning on the problem solving skills you've acquired as you know there's no one size fits all approach.
You are a self-starter, a dynamic team player and an effective communicator capable of demystifying head-scratching concepts to both technical and non-technical people.
You have an excellent blend of technical and process-orientated skills and are comfortable building strong relationships at all levels.
Your experience transcends building on-prem to the cloud-native approach. With a real passion for building distributed systems using the latest technologies, improving the scalability and cost efficiency of clients' production environment and the infrastructure that supports it.
Your experience has likely given you a deep understanding and experience in the latest tools and technologies such as: Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git/Gitlab and a deep understanding of software languages and an appreciation of Microservices patterns and SOA.
You may have also worked with ARM Templates, Powershell and Azure DevOps.
You have a customer-centric attitude, with extensive experience working in a client-facing environment.
