You will be able discuss examples of helping clients to identify and implement the organisational culture they need to deliver strategic objectives, equipping and supporting individuals and wider teams to fully realise the people and business benefits of transformational change.
By applying human-centred design methods to business challenges you will have identified opportunities to unlock value through shaping new products and services, optimised operations and better customer and employee experiences and defined what is needed to deliver the value product owners seek and ensure that the planned changes deliver tangible value and measurable benefits.
