This is an exciting opportunity for a junior human resources professional to grow and gain experience within a fast paced, innovative company. You will play a central role in our fantastic HR Operations team and will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of activities in a dynamic environment. You will be working in a supportive environment, which will allow you to thrive and take advantage of future opportunities to develop, arising due to substantial company growth.
In this role you will deliver excellent quality administration for core HR employee life cycle processes, including but not limited to the new starter process, leaver process, contractual changes, maternity, and paternity leave. You will work closely with the HR Operations team (offshore) to ensure employee files and HR system data is correct and that we provide a quality HR service to our people.
The role is varied and every day can be different.
We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual with previous HR Administration experience, ideally in a complex, fast-paced organisation. You will have a great working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, and the ability to communicate at all levels with excellent written and interpersonal skills.
