About you:

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual with previous HR Administration experience.  You will have a great working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, and the ability to communicate at all levels with excellent written and interpersonal skills.  Experience of working with HR systems, in particular Success Factors would be ideal.

 

 

What to expect:

In this role you will deliver excellent quality administration for core HR employee life cycle processes, including but not limited to the new starter process, leaver process, contractual changes, maternity, and paternity leave. You will work closely with the HR Operations team (offshore) to ensure employee files and HR system data is correct and that we provide a quality HR service to our people.

The role is varied and every day can be different.

  • Providing support for cyclical and ad-hoc activity including projects and HR initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR process and policy guidance.
  • Responsible for the delivery of HR inductions and presenting to new joiners.
  • Managing compliance tasks for employment such as right to work checks
  • Support the Global Mobility Advisor on visa administration in busy periods
  • Ownership of the payroll input process on a monthly basis
  • Providing efficient administrative support to the wider team including the HR Business Partnering team
