You will be joining this rapidly growing service line responsible for all Managed Service contracts to all of our customer across all sectors. We cover Service Operations and service desk, AMO, Cloud technology, End User Compute and legacy ITO. We align with ITIL and are agnostic across our delivery capability in relation to core IT, cloud, service desk, EUC tools and technologies.

About you:

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Act as an escalation point for any incidents/problems that cannot be managed and resolved
  • Forge strong relationships with client and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and skills ensuring you keep up-to-date with new releases
  • A strong attention to detail and a pro-active approach to problem solving
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a development or service desk team
  • C# plugins
  • JavaScript


  • Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM)
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 (i.e. MB-200 or similar)
  • Power Automate
  • Power App Portals
  • Power BI
  • TIBCO Cloud Integration (Scribe)
  • Azure Data Factory
