To succeed in this role, you will bring proven ITIL and managed service experience and demonstrable experience of having delivered mobile IT managed services into operator networks (BSS IT stack, RTC platforms), scope encompassing but not limited to supplying IT connectivity & access, service processes, service transition, tools, reporting, security, and building the team to provide the service.
The role requires your in-depth understanding and experience of project planning processes, techniques and methodologies in multi-disciplinary and commercial environments, as well as solid stakeholder management skills. It would be a great asset for you to have a Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.) and/or an Agile certification as well as experience in the following:
In this role, you will manage projects (typically £1-5 million financial budget) across various areas. You will define, plan and manage the deliverables for assigned workstreams as part of larger projects/programmes and will be accountable for their quality and for delivering within the constraints of time and costs.
