The Sales Management Team is a central function which is responsible for managing the most complex and important bids across the organisation. We are a small team of experienced Bid Managers and support business development to all our industries.

About you:

You will be a seasoned Bid Manager with demonstarble experience of leading and winning complex bids through the complete bid cycle, as well as having written content for PQQ/RFI/RFP/ITT/Frameworks across various sectors including, but not limited to Telecoms, Public Sector and Insurance.

You will also have excellent people skills, with an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the business, underpinned by outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.


What to expect:

The role will be accountable to the UK Sales Operations Director and will work with stakeholders from across the business, including the business units we go to market through, and the service lines which provide our capabilities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Sector Heads, sales teams, and service lines to develop effective solutions and innovative, winning proposals, ensuring that completed bids provide the best fit for client requirements.
  • Provide written input with a commercial and sales-oriented focus for PQQs, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, and Framework responses.
  • Lead teams through the formal bid approval process and the bid governance process so that they are submitted with the correct level of approval.
  • Support growth of the UK business by developing effective proposals which enable sales teams to close orders by getting them to the final round/negotiation table.
  • Provide constructive challenge to Client Partners and contribute to the development of win strategies and commercial offers.
  • Demonstrate cross-sector understanding and tailoring bid deliverables and bid approaches accordingly.
