You will be joining this rapidly growing service line responsible for all Managed Service contracts to all of our customer across all sectors. We cover Service Operations and service desk, AMO, Cloud technology, End User Compute and legacy ITO. We align with ITIL and are agnostic across our delivery capability in relation to core IT, cloud, service desk, EUC tools and technologies.

As Applications Support Manager, you'll manage a groups of support analysts responsible for supporting business-critical systems that are vital to our healthcare client in an ITIL-aligned environment. You will have a broad knowledge of healthcare specific applications or other industry specific applications gained in previous management role.
You'll have experience of managing a team of application support analysts, working in a globally dispersed support model. You will understand the importance of teamwork, and uniting your team and colleagues around a common goal.

You will ideally hold an ITIL qualification in service operations, and have relevant experience of working in an ITIL aligned working environments. With this expertise, you'll feel confident taking responsibility for managing a support team who are responsible for outstanding faults, completing service requests and liaising with users as well as your technical colleagues.
You will be used to delivering support services to agreed service levels, understand the commercial impact of attaining the levels and experience of implementing improvement plans to improve service performance.
You will have a strong customer focus – understanding the needs of the client keeping them and their customers in mind when taking actions or making decisions
You will be joining a customer focused and motivated team responsible for the support and configuration of various best of breed healthcare applications. You will be a subject matter expert for; the applications within the service portfolio, the services that they underpin and the needs of the client.
