The team you'll be working with:

As part of the continuous growth of NTT DATA UK we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead to join our Salesforce Team in London (hybrid). The new joiner is a dynamic SFMC Lead who has a passion for Salesforce technology but is also able to transfer their knowledge and passion to their teams.

What you'll be doing:

 

• We are looking for a Technical Lead who help us bring best software development practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Oversee the team in the technical practices
• Establish technical practices of software development.
• Support and lead troubleshooting production issues. 
• Pair review and pull requests in the Development.
• DevOps mindset towards practices in Marketing Cloud.
  • Versioning control
  • DevOps Pipelines and practices.

• Support in the technical planning and upcoming Sprints (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro, DSU and Backlog Refinement). 
• Coordinate with Architect Features/Functionality and impact analysis

What experience you'll bring:

• Experience working on Salesforce implementation projects with end-to-end implementation experience with the Salesforce platform from a technical perspective.
• Ability to define the system design to identify gaps between current and desired end-states
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Technologies
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations. Iintegrations, developing and executing data migrations.
• Data architecture experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to design and optimise business processes and define solutions that support this by leveraging the Salesforce platforms and products in the best way
• Experience in designing and developing software components and solutions
• Good knowledge of app exchange products and their implementation
• Extensive experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
