We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration Consultant to join our team and drive excellence in our procurement and supply chain processes of an S/4HANA discovery for a client in the automotive, spare parts space. The consultant will work closely with the client to understand their current procurement and supplier collaboration processes, define the desired future-state supplier relationship capabilities and asses the SAP system landscape for procurement and supply chain processes. This role involves defining the Target Operating Model (TOM) and roadmap, as well as provide insights into the possible deployment option and transition approach. The consultant will engage with senior stakeholders and independently lead the engagement in his area of expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead workshops with client stakeholders to understand current sourcing, procurement and supplier collaboration processes.
- Define future-state sourcing, direct procurement capabilities, including supply chain collaboration, supplier enablement.
- Implement and optimize SAP Sourcing and Procurement (MM, P2P), Supply Chain (IM, PP/QM) processes for supply chain collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operation
- Assess the existing SAP landscape and recommend deployment options
- Contribute to the development of the TOM and roadmap for sourcing, procurement and supplier collaboration processes.
- Develop a transition strategy to move from the current state to the desired future state, considering the client’s timeline, budget and operational requirements.
- Present findings, recommendations and solutions to senior client stakeholders, articulating benefits and impacts of proposed solutions.
What experience you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in SAP MM, sourcing & procurement, and supply chain, with a strong track record of leading direct procurement and supply chain transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration (Ariba SCC).
- In-depth knowledge of leading discovery and design phases with a focus on procurement and supplier enablement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive client engagements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to integrate procurement processes with other SAP modules such as PP/QM, SD, WM, APO, and FICO, ensuring an effective end-to-end solution.
Nice to Have:
- Expertise in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Experience with SAP SNC, APO, PP/QM, Ariba Sourcing, and procurement modules.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
- Relevant certifications in SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management practices is a plus.
