What you'll be doing:

  • Working with clients, you will be responsible for the regular and accurate reporting of site activity, engaging with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries, as well as providing actionable insight on customer behaviour.
  • Using the required suite of products – mainly Adobe Experience Cloud products and other analytics tools, you will drive change by providing analysis, recommendations and reporting about funnel and feature performance to drive trading and development changes for our clients’ digital channels.
  • Helping our clients visualise the success of their digital campaigns and new platforms.
  • You will be trusted with implementing tags and scripts, and developing data layers, to meet the clients’ needs.
  • You will be part of one of our fastest growing teams across Europe and you’ll be helping to grow the team in the UK and our service offering for our UK clients.

What you'll need:

  • A love for playing with the growing numbers of tools which helps us to understand user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and how we can personalize user journeys based on who they are and how they interact with content.
  • Subject matter expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Tags, Adobe Real-time CDP.
  • Strong experience working with digital data & analytical tools using: SQL, Google Analytics 360 products (GA4, BigQuery).
  • Strong experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tags, Tealium IQ
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
  • A passion for online and digital, and a desire to learn and grow with the latest and greatest data and digital tools.
  • A background working in an agency or consultancy, working across different sectors – is preferred but not required.

Geoffrey is a Senior Director in Customer Experience at NTT DATA UK&I, and has over 20 years experience in digital design and development helping clients on their digital transformation journeys. Before joining NTT DATA UK&I 6 years ago he worked for 10 years in Brussels with European Institutions and global companies building B2B, B2C and B2E platforms with a key focus on user experience and digital channel analytics. He specialises in delivering digital platforms from end to end, from user research and design to custom development and delivery. Extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, building teams locally and near/off shore to delivery mobile and web based platforms from employee operational efficiency to eCommerce.
