What you'll be doing:

As part of our continuous growth, NTT DATA is hiring a Junior Service Delivery Manager to initially work closely with our long-term client based in Leicester.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of IT services to our customers, working closely with the IT service delivery team and stakeholders. 

  • Working with the Service Delivery Manager to design and execute service delivery strategy across work streams.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance against these. 
  • Support with knowledge transfer and provision of scripts / procedures for 1st and 2nd level service desk.
  • Supporting with escalated issues and managing to successful conclusion, ensuring clear communication. 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Actively drive and contribute towards Continual Service Improvement and innovation by delivering the actions of the CSI/SIP. 

What you'll need:

  • Working understanding of ITIL principles and concepts including incidents, problem and change management.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Experience of working with off-shore teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • An understanding of Service Management tools, functionality and ways of working.
