What you'll be doing:

 

As a seasoned SAP Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for owning both the management and delivery of services to customers in adherence with specified SLA’s; whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and the service is delivered in line with the agreed contractractual terms, as well as driving continuous improvement and innovation. You will also work closely with NTT DATA’s UK and India/remote-based staff for delivery of services to the customer. This role will require interacting with the client’s service management team, business stakeholders, NTT DATA UK internal stakeholders, and 3rd parties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to contractually agreed service levels with the client
  • Defining and adhering to boundaries of what is ‘BAU’ and what is ‘Project Work’ 
  • Overseeing the transition of support of new or changed services into the managed services scope
  • Understanding the customer’s business process cycle and managing resourcing levels appropriately

 

What you'll need:

  • End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
  • Experience within ITIL environments and knowledge of cloud environment
  • Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team,
  • Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts
  • Previous experience of working as an SAP Functional or Technical consultant is preferred
