We are currently recruiting for a NextGen Business Analyst to work with our ServiceNow implementation team as part of a customer facing role. Essentially, the role is to elicit user requirements from the customer, capture these in written format and passed them to the development team for implementation and testing.
This is a trainee role and you would work alongside a more experienced Business Analyst to undertake more junior daily activities with a longer-term view to becoming a Junior ServiceNow Business Analyst.
This role is suitable to individuals who have successfully completed their ServiceNow NetxGen training.
The person will need to work alongside the customer to discuss and understand specific requirements relating to new business requirements on their ServiceNow platform.
Requirements will need to be documented in a pre-defined standard format which can then be passed to the development team for implementation. You will need to verbally discuss the requirements with the development team as part of hand-over to them.
You may also need to refer the requirements back for clarification if needed and seek guidance regarding ‘Best Practice’ from the senior Business Analyst or development team.
Lastly, you will need to understand how to test the newly developed functionality and document this.
