About you:

Our client is leader in providing cutting-edge Technology to the Telco industry and they are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their tech team with expertise in manual testing

  • Experience in designing multiple dashboards and reports for all levels in the organization including executive team, operations, business and development.
  • Experienced in cleansing data from Jira.
  • Experienced in designing reports and dashboards for Senior Leadership Team, Operations, Business and Development.
  • Define and implemented KPIs using data from different sources including Azure DevOps, JIRA, Octane, QC, SharePoint and Excel
  • Experience Automating dashboard reports using Power BI or equivalend
  • Able to configure schedule refresh so that users always see the most up-to-date information as available in the source without manual intervention.
  • Create the models and data sets to reuse the data across reports and dashboards.
  • Exposure automation.

What to expect:

  • Experienced in creating a Product Quality Index, Corporate Metric, Project Tracker, DevOps KPIs, Software Health Dashboards and other reports measuring the important KPIs such as time (burndowns, velocity), cost (story points, CapEx, OpEx) and quality (development defects, production incidents, requirement quality, technical debt).
  • Technical expertise in Test Management, Test Estimation, Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Process.
  • Skilled at creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Exit, Daily Status Reports, Estimation Sheets, Data Metric and Quality Review reports.
  • Working knowledge of Linux Commands.
  • Basic knowledge of C, Core Java, HTML, XML, MySQL, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Database Management System, Design and Analysis of Algorithms.
  • Experienced as an Onshore & Offshore Coordinator.
  • Experience in log analysis.
  • Experience in HP ALM and Jira.
  • Expert in Defect management
  • Soft skills used for cross Supplier Triage
  • Industry experience with defect management systems and workflows.
