The Sales Management Team is a central function which is responsible for managing the most complex and important bids across the organisation. We are a small team of experienced Bid Managers and support business development to all our industries.
You will be a seasoned Bid Manager with demonstarble experience of leading and winning complex bids through the complete bid cycle, as well as having written content for PQQ/RFI/RFP/ITT/Frameworks across various sectors including, but not limited to Telecoms, Public Sector and Insurance.
You will also have excellent people skills, with an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the business, underpinned by outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
The role will be accountable to the UK Sales Operations Director and will work with stakeholders from across the business, including the business units we go to market through, and the service lines which provide our capabilities.
